*FILLED*14 team 5x5 Dynasty needs replacement

14 teams, 5x5, free dynasty, minor league draft at the end of each year where any player under 20IP/30AB qualify including college, Japan, HS(completed for this year). Minor league players can be added/dropped from the active roster until they reach 70 IP/ 175 AB in the majors. At the end of the year each team must have at least 6 players from the team they represent.
