I tend to agree with Yoda. I think he will surprise this year with a decent average, solid obp and xbh. I'll take a 22 yr old with his kind of eye... more walks than strikeouts in the minors and a split last september after being called up... Nice! Since he hits so many doubles, doesn't it stand to reason that the hr's could be on the way? Maybe not this season but if he's projected to hit 15 hr's at 22 yr's old, what happens when he get's a little older and stronger... worth a shot if you ask me...

The thing with prospects that end up hitting for more power, well they usually fill out and get stronger. With Barton it isnt the case, he isnt projectable, he doesnt really have room to grow as he is pretty much filled out already, and his swing isnt suited for it.
