I'm looking for one manager to take over for a guy who said he would participate and has yet to make a pick in an offline draft. He's missed 4 picks so far so yes, if you take over, you're at a disadvantage. However, this is a great league and a huge committment, plus a lot of fun, so I suggest you join anyway.
Here's the gist: This is a 3-Sport (baseball, football, and basketball) Dynasty League with salaries/contracts. You have to participate in every one of the 3 leagues because you get an amount of points for where you finish in one league, and it's added to the amount of points you had for the other two for an overall standings. For baseball, which we are drafting in right now in an offline draft, each team has $100 in FAKE money and each player has a salary based on his actual salary from 2007.
