Looking for Keeper/Dynasty League

Hey guys. I am looking to join a Keeper/Dynasty league this year. I would prefer a free league. I am trying to find a league that is going to start drafting soon. Minors being involved does not matter to me. I live in Delaware so if there is a live draft in that area, I would be willing to come to that as well. If anybody has openings, please let me know.
