I would say the Baseball Leftovers forum is the best place on the internet to bring up or discuss general fantasy baseball related issues. The community is as well educated as one can get on the subject and has a good mix of number crunchers, good "gut" feel people, and good rational thinkers. The Draft, Keeper, Waiver, and Trade forum here is also a good place to go to get an idea of what others are thinking about player value compared to one another and to possibly help your own thinking.

This is the best forum on this site IMO, here we get to actually discuss things with each other (It's usually about the Yankees/Red Sox though) but all the forums are helpful if you use them correctly.
