If it breaks down, can my mechanic work on it, or am I going to have to hire an electrician?
You will likely have to check first to see if the warranty is still good, then send it to the manufacturer, wait 6-8 weeks for repair, and find out it was a loose wire when they finally get it back to you. But you'll have saved a lot of gas from walking and biking those 2 months.
