I wonder if some of the younger guys even know much about Mac. He was a great character and was on a really great TV show.

I don't like Jack Bauer or 24, but this is in no way a vote against Bauer, it's most certainly a vote FOR Macguyver.

Wait a sec. I grew up watching MacGyver and loved it. I also watch 24. MacGyver is in no way comparable to 24. 24 has a much deeper storyline. MacGyver was a nice show, but in essence, every episode was the same, much like the A-team. Hey, we should have had Hannibal in this thing.

OK, so your opinion is that Bauer > MacGuyver. That's cool, and it's cool that you're basing it on actually watching both shows. I've watched both shows, and my opinion is different.

All I'm saying is that people are legitimately voting for MacGuyver over Bauer and it's not just a "vote against Bauer."
