Sites for Customizable Leagues

Hey guys, I'm new here so I apologize if this has been covered. I am looking for some help in finding a site to host a league with customizable scoring systems, schedules, etc... Yahoo is just too stubborn and CBS Sportsline is blocked at our office! Any sites you have used that might be worht checking out I'd greatly appreciate.
