Since the guy that's supposed to do this stuff hasn't been around in a while, I'm going to step up and take care of this one.
It would have been easy for this young it-getter to continue shooting deer, coyotes, ostriches, and other small woodland creatures. But no. He has heard a higher calling. The call of the Nation. Tre Merritt, for not only joining the war against those godless killing machines, but for doing so well above your weight class, you are the Alpha Dog Of The Week.
Sometimes it takes a crazy person to see the truth. If so, I'm a freaking lunatic.

I don't see it as a big deal. However, I was raised in an area where there is a lot of hunting. My dad was never a big hunter so I never got into it (we were more into the fishing thing), though I do remember going turkey hunting once when I was fairly small. Anyway, the way they talked it seemed as if it was bear season. So I don't see anything to get worked up about. Grandpa wants to take his grandson hunting then so be it.

I didn't see anyone say to cheer this kid, but why not? He was supervised, had been hunting before (killed 3 deer last year according to the article), and can handle a gun better than most adults. He also understands exactly what guns do. When is being responsible with a gun a bad thing? I see the point that 5 is a little young, but all kids are different, and obviously this kid was taught right.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
