The Rolling Stones are notorious for making god awful lists, so this doesn't surprise me at all.
I was actually happy to see Robert Fripp and Steve Howe on the list.

I def like the other list posted on here better.

Kurt Cobain, Johnny Ramone, and Jack White all made the top 20? Are you kidding me? Just because they can play a bunch of power chords? Might as well put Billy Joe Armstrong from Green Day in the top 20.

They don't even mention alot of the solo acts of the 80's, who IMO are the best guitar players-Steve Vai, Yngwie Malmsteen, Joe Satriani, Vinnie Moore

David Gilmour at 82? Get off the grass.
Angus Young at 96?

It just looks like after number 1 they pulled names out of a hat.
