I never thought Bart was particularly funny. Stewie is one of my favorite characters on Family Guy.

I think Bart is an incredible weak point of the Simpsons, I don't see a positive quality about him.

Bart, as popular as he was, isn't really a unique character. Stewie is exceptional if only because he's the first baby that hated his mother for birthing him to the degree that he wanted to kill her.

Stewie moves forward, but he won't last much longer.
