We have the rule5 draft coming up. I admit that I am unfamiliar with minor leaguers who are not at the top 50 or top of their organizations. Are there any gems in this HUGE pile?

Seriously man. Do a little work yourself first. Narrow this list from 60 down to 15, and you will find peole will be a lot more helpful.
Frankly, all I'm willing to put into this is to let you know which names I recognize off the top of my head. Guys whose names I know, and honestly, I don't remember if I know them for good or bad reasons: Casto, Kory Dopirak, Brian Kottaras, George Pawelek, Mark Reynolds, Greg Sinkbeil, Bret Wood, Travis Beato, Pedro Carrillo, Cesar Lubanski, Chris Rogers, Mark (injured fireballer in the brewers system - probably not worth holding onto) Hu, Chin-Lung Nageotte, Clint Banks, Josh Bowyer, Travis Guzman, Joel Liotta, Ray Martinez-Esteve, Eddy Alvarez, Abe Duncan, Eric Meyer, Dan Sweeney, Ryan
If I had to guess, I would bet Hu is the most valuable on the list.
In my fridge: Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS), Central Waters Peruvian Morning, Bell's Batch 10,000, Dale's Pale Ale, Capital Brewery Amber, New Glarus Moon Man, and Guinness.

1. Greg Reynold(injury risk...potential #3starter) 2. Brett Sinkbeil(good arm....potential middle of rotation guy with you guessed it a good sinker) 3. Ryan Tucker(another good young arm) 4. Sean West(ditto) 5. Chin-Lung Hu(could be a solid middle of the road option at middle infield....great speed....solid hitter....think a young David Eckstein type player) 6. Pedro Beato(a younger somewhat overrated player but a lot of scouts like him)
Both Hu and Beato both played in the minor league futures games this last summer. No great players in this mix but these are in my opinion the best of your list.
