Cartman is the funniest character on what is likely the best animated show this decade, he's the choice.

I'm glad Lucy's putting up a fight. Not much of a South Park fan anymore, but Cartman was always pretty hilarious.

if it was most iconic, inflential, whatever, then Lucy...but i'm voting in this thing based on sheer enjoyment...and i vote Cartman

I never found Lucy to be funny. Annoying actually. I don't watch a lot of South Park but Cartman is funny and not annoying.
