Do they have to pay him while he is suspended?
I think I read in April that Jeff Francis wasn't paid during his suspension for hitting someone.
Don't quote me on that though not 100% sure.

I read that they couldn't find enough evidence against Glaus, Schoenweis, Ankiel or Gary Matthews...whatever that means.

And yet they could find evidence on these two? Odd. There would obviously be no drug test, so you'd basically be going on whatever the media reported in each of those situations.
I think it was probably those 2 were the only ones who admitted to using the steroids/HGH to cheat, while everybody else denied it.
