Looks to be 90-100% complete. Remember the All-Star Derby at Minute Maid Park, Were Tejada went off, few years back.
790 AM in Houston is reporting that the Astros are close to acquiring Miguel Tejada from the Orioles for Adam Everett, Chris Burke and a pitcher. MLB.com's sources Tuesday were reporting that the chances of an Astros-Orioles deal had dropped to "zero," so we'll remain skeptical until further confirmation comes along.

Orioles president Andy MacPhail left Nashville on Thursday morning, suggesting that he wasn't close to sending Miguel Tejada to the Astros or Brian Roberts to the Cubs. It sounds as though Roberts to the Cubs is still a possibility, but we're guessing that the radio station reporting the Tejada-to-Houston rumor received some bad info. If the deal was that close to getting done, MacPhail would likely still be in Nashville.
What are the Orioles doing? They trade Tejada. Brian Roberts could also be traded. Eric Bedard is being shopped. Are they looking for a complete rebuild?

Um, shouldn't they be?
Well the O's are pretty crappy, but unless the pitcher they are receiving in the Tejada deal is any good, they got hosed. I look at the O's and their best players are Bedard, Markakis, Roberts and Tejada. Maybe I forgot an arm, but if they deal all 3, they are left with Markakis and prospects. I guess they should rebuild, but can't they rebuild and keep a Bedard? The O's are a dreadful franchise. Whatever its the O's its not like they are going to make the playoffs. The O's, D-Rays and Blue Jays are really stuck behind the big money of the Yanks and Sox. Maybe the Yanks and Sox should just have their own division, LOL. Though the Tribe is still better than both unless of course the Sox get Santana.

I'm going to ignore you're comment about the Indians.
Bedard is going to be a FA in a couple years and he already said that he has zero interest in re-signing in Baltimore. Baltimore doesn't need to trade him immediately, but they should at least listen to offers since he'll likely get them a great return in terms of prospects.
