Draft: 30 Round Snakestyle Offline Forum Draft. You pick a person by their salary and then you give the next person 24 hours to pick after you. Each time you pick update your roster. All players can be drafted, but if they are a no-name minor leaguer, he probably will not show up on CBS, so what we would do is give you a blank roster spot on CBS but you would really have him on your roster on the forums
3. Salary Cap
$110 Salary Cap for both Minors and Majors
If the player is more then half of the million, round it to the next million
Ex: C. Utley 4,750,000 $3 (round to next million so it would be 5 million which is $3)

After you draft your team you must sign them for however many years you want them:
1 Year = 100% of original draft value
2 Years = 120%+$1 (x*1.2+$1)
3 Years = 140%+$1 (x*1.4+$1)
4 Years = 160%+$1 (x*1.6+$1)
5 Years = 180%+$1 (x*1.8+$1)
(x = draft value)
Example:
Ryan Zimmerman 3B $1
1 Year = $1
2 Years = $2
3 Years = $2
4 Years = $3 (round to next dollar = 2.6)
5 Years = $3 (round to next dollar = 2.8)
Once you figure out how much you sign each player for, subtract it from your salary cap, but don't subtract how much you drafted for each player)
4. Managing Your Team
You are allowed to trade salary cap for players, and draft picks, to pick up a free agent you must bid on him.
Free Agent Guidelines:
$1-$4 - Signing player for as many years as you want
$5-$6 - Signing player for 4-5 years
$7-$8 - Signing player for 6-7 years
In order to bid for a free agent, waive or trade you must post it in our trade forum as a thread with the players name and team name. This way everyone can see how much you are bidding
5. Waivers and Buyouts
If you want to drop a player (waive) post it in our forum and wait until someone claims him. Once someone claims him his salary is off your salary cap. When he is on the waivers his contract is still on your cap.
If you just want to release him straight up, then pay for half of his salary wait for the admins to agree and then drop him.
Example: J. Papelbon - $450,000 ($1) you pay .50
