Long Experienced Owner Looking for true $260 Mixed Keeper

I am looking to join another league with a minimum $150 (better at $260+) entrance and a mixed keeper auction with a mandatory in-person live draft. Will also consider a draft format and/or picking up someone's else's abandoned team and to a lesser extent an NL only. In the OH area but will travel anywhere in Mid-West for the right situation - especially Chicago. A minors and reserve system would be a plus.
