Very close honorable mention to Howie Kendrick and Kelly Johnson
Call me a homer, or maybe just a sucker, but I love Rickie Weeks this year, more than years past. I think he's finally past the wrist injury that dogged him for a season and half. After briefly being sent back down (very briefly, ~ 10 days), his line for the rest of the season (August 10th and on) was 150 AB, .273/.442/.553, with 44 R, 11 HR, and 15 SB (0 CS). A healthy season from him could showcase some serious R/HR/SB numbers, and I play in a league with OBP too, so I like him even more.
In fact, in general, I really like the guys this year that can give you that power/speed combo, like Upton, Phillips, Weeks, and Kinsler.
Weeks scares me too much to be able to put in my top 5. I'd like to see at least one season of 500+ AB's until I could feel comfortable with him. I'll let the other guys take the risk on him.

I'd probably just switch out Weeks and Roberts, but I like the list. Especially my boy Upton at 2.

Weeks hasn't earned a top 10 slot yet IMO. Maybe if he can get his career avg over .250.
I don't blame anyone that hasn't seen much of him for not thinking highly of him coming into this season. In fact, I'm banking on the fact that many a fantasy baseballer will see his batting average last year and let him drop. As someone who watches/attends way too many Brewer games, I have a different opinion than most I guess. In 2006 he was hitting ~.280/.365 with loads of runs and SB before he hurt his wrist. He missed the rest of the year. He started 2007 still with the wrist problem and wasn't the same (think Gary Sheffield -- he and Weeks are very similar in that they both generate tons of power with wrists and hand speed). He hit very poorly while clearly not looking "right" at the plate. He even got temporarily demoted. When he came back, and as his health rounded into form, he flashed the Rickie Weeks we've all been waiting for.
Some guys take longer to put it all together, and I feel that he's one of those guys. That stretch run last year was his breakout, and I can't help but feel it'll continue into this season. Gut feeling I guess. And again, I play in a league where OBP is a category, which bumps his value up quite a bit to me (he hit .235/.374, an incredible OBP for that AVG).
