So i signed up at wiialerts.com for text messages and an email when the Wii is available. 2 days later I get a text message and was able to get a wii off of Amazon.com for 250 bucks!!

Seriously you have to do it if you are looking for a wii. I was absolutely amazed!

Anyways THE FYE.COM one didn't work they canceled everyones cause they suck. But my amazon one is still on track.

Are wii's still that hard to get? I got mine a couple weeks after X-mas last year when the stores started to restock, I figured by now they would be everywhere.

Wow. That does sound easy. I had wanted one for the last few months and couldn't get one anywhere. So I paid 20 bucks extra and bought one off of Craigslist the next day. Just wasn't worth the hassle of searching.

But too bad I didn't know about Amazon. 20 bucks didn't break the bank or anything, but it's the principal of it....

We've been able to buy two (one for our kids and one for a nephew) for Christmas. The kids are 8 years old, so this should help them believe in Santa for at least one more year.

I've never played on the system. Any tips on how it plays differently?

I heard to they are easier to find in small towns. They are impossible to find in Denver
