This is tough for me too.
Although I like The Simpsons, I was never a big fan of Bart.
Cheers was one of my favorite shows growing up. (I think I was the only 7 year old that religiously watched the show. :-D )

I love The Simpsons (then again, I've yet to meet someone who doesn't), but don't think much of Bart either. For some reason, I think the best quote attached to him was "Love is easy, state capitals are hard" that wasn't an overused catchphrase. Wasn't a massive fan of Cheers either, but Sam hands down had the better character over Bart in my opinion.
