What would you trade for Johan Santana? Personally, I would give up Crisp as a no brainer, Choice of Buckholtz or Lester and another low A prospect of there choice.
Crisp/Lester isn't close to anything that would get a deal done.
Buccholz would probably closer, but from what I read, the Twins really want Ellsbury. I also read that the Sox don't want to give him up. Jon Heyman from SI wrote that he believes the Red Sox would be the frontrunners for Santana if they were willing to deal Ellsbury, otherwise it appears the Yankees are still at the top with a potential Hughes/Cabrera/Jackson package.
