I never saw Friends until the Finale as my parents were really into the show, and I decided to sit down and watch it with them. I enjoyed it but didnt really have any interest in checking the show out. Then one of my friends got all of the seasons on DVD and asked me if I wanted to watch some episodes from the first season. I had nothing else to do so I said sure. Turns out the show was a lot better than I was expecting and I can see why it has such a large fan base (despite the negativity on this board). It wouldnt land in my top 10 favorite shows, but it's a solid comedy.

I admit I was a big fan of The X-Files; it was actually one of the few TV series I watched religiously. Fox all the way here.
I hated Friends and anyone who loved it. It was bizarre seeing one of my computer science chums in college, go to the computer lab (which was a haven for Counterstrike and Quake Arena while having every season of The Simpsons on the local network) and goof off by viewing an entire season of Friends on DVD. You "Friends" folks are weird, bloody weird.
X-Files was one of the better shows in the 90s, and Mulder was a great character. Chandler Bing, of Friends, can't seriously have a chance at beating him.

I might sit this one out.
You've never seen X-Files Not for nothing, but there are way more obscure shows and characters in this bracket.
Yeah...hard to imagine that there would be many that don't know who he is. There have been a few pop culture references over the years involving Mulder and Scully. I actually remember an appearance they made on the Simpsons for an episode, back when both shows were at the peak of their quality and popularity.
