Not sure if this helps but my team came in second place and I received an e-mail from Yahoo(on Oct 5th) stating the following:
Congratulations! Your outstanding performance in this season's Yahoo! Sports Fantasy Baseball PLUS competition has made you the potential recipient of one of our League Winner Prizes -- a championship bobblehead or t-shirt commemorating your achievement.
We will attempt to award the prize to the league champion, but in the event of ineligibility it may be awarded to a runner up. To accept the championship award you must meet the eligibility requirements (below) and confirm that the address you provided during game registration is a valid U.S. shipping address.

I haven't managed to actually win a league since we started doing trophies :-( , but my recollection is that last year they took quite a while. I'll see if I can find out anything about when they might be expected, though, assuming I'm remember today. I'm old and the memory is going...
I won a plus football league in 2006 and still never received mine. I won a plus baseball league this season, received the same type of e-mail referenced above, triple checked to make sure my info was correct, and still have not received it.
I'm just wondering why anyone would play baseball plus when you can play public winners leagues that are more competitive, free and you get your trophy 3 days after the league finishes.
