The guy hasn't played a whole season in a billion years and continues to dissapoint. I can't count the amount of times i've heard. "He'll probably close" only to see him get injured for the season again

1 year, 4.2 million dollars is chump change in baseball. I don't really see the harm of bringing back a possibly nice bullpen arm for a year to see if he pans out. It's not like he's signed for 3 years, 13 million.

Thats a MASSIVE IF btw. And 4 million buys you a decent player. Thats way to much for a guy who NEVER has been able to stay healthy and who has taken a ton of your money.

He is definitely worth 4 mil based on what he can do. That is not that much money in MLB. You can't even get a bench player on a 1 year deal like that.
