You get it for reaching 5000 posts. I think you can sort users by number of posts and just see who has more than 5000.

Actually just click on Members at the top right and it doesn't seem to be updated. No one was at 5,000 posts.

Yup, I've been letting off the gas pedal lately. I used to answer about 30 questions a day three years ago, but I don't have the time to that these days anymore.
If I remember right, I had about 300+ days at the top. Going to be a tough streak to beat.
