Best one-on-one fight scene? Would boxing movies count?

Jason Bourne vs. Other Assassin, The Bourne Ultimatum.
Hector vs. Achilles, Troy.
Wolverine vs. Deathstrike, X2.
Gandalf vs. the Balrog, Lord of the Rings.
Archibald Cunningham vs. Robert Roy MacGregor, Rob Roy.

I know I'm missing plenty of others...

Like I said, would you want to include boxing movies?

Nearly every Rocky fight would be in that competition, as well as the final fight in Cinderella Man.
