My bad...I just didn't want to start an entire thread to express my thoughts on it.

After weeks of speculation, the Oakland Athletics have traded staff ace Dan Haren but his destination was not one of the American League powers.
The 27-year-old right-hander was traded along with RHP Connor Robertson to the Arizona Diamondbacks in exchange for a package of six minor league prospects (LHP Brett Anderson, LHP Dana Eveland, LHP Greg Smith, INF Chris Carter, OF Aaron Cunningham and OF Carlos Gonzalez).
Just traded BButler, BWood & JLoney for Mark Teixeira, Ryan Theriot & Renyel Pinto in a DYNASTY LEAGUE. Big gamble I know!

Cant believe that:
Seattle offered Silva 4 years 44 mil
That he then dragged his feet on taking that ridiculous offer
Then actually got 4 years 48

"They signed outfielder So Taguchi to a one-year contract worth a guaranteed $1.05 million, which includes a club option for 2009 and performance bonuses."
Hmmmmm, interesting, any thoughts on wether or not this might translate into more playing time for Chris Duncan?
