The main thing is no blow ups. The quality of the opposition is not very good down there, so the .350ish BA is to be pretty much expected.

This is good news with the rumors of a lincecum/crawford deal floating around we might need some more depth in the OF with Rocco being shaky.

If he can come in and produce 12 HR or so with a .265 - .270 BA I'll be pleased. The main thing for him is to get back on the right track becasue he has potential to be a very good player if he can get everything together.

That being said a 1.200 OPS in the Dominican league doesn't translate to much more than probably an .850 or so here. How has his plate discipline been, I would like to see him start to draw some walks, it would be a major change from most of our roster as it is and it would be a welcome one.
