I never thought I'd agree with a Boston fan on anything.

This current discussion can't take place without a Vince Carter mention. Also, Garnett may be the dirtiest player in the league.

ANYTHING IS POSSIBLLEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!

Maybe I've told this story ten times here before or not, but in 2005 one of my college roommates interned with the Nets, and said he used to just play ping pong with Vince Carter at their office all day and he would just tell him how much he hated playing basketball and just wanted to retire but wouldn't because he made too much money. And this was six years ago.

Interesting. I've always said that Vince Carter had the talent to be the best player of his era (watching video clips of him from a decade ago is still awesome), but lacked the heart to get anywhere close to that level. He'll probably end up in the HOF at the end with his numbers.

And 'Zo? Why do you hate him, Mookie? Is it because he wouldn't show up to play in Toronto? :-b

I've never blamed the guy for that. When you can simply negotiate a buyout and take your talents back to South Beach (and a championship contender at the time), it's not too hard to see the better option of the two.

Just amusing to listen to Boston fans criticize another player when the dirtiest player in the league is on your team.

He's definitely a pain in the ass if he isn't on your team, but I wouldn't classify him as the dirty per se.

Besides, I never criticized Bosh, I just said he was probably my least favorite player in the league. I didn't pick on the many faults in his game or his heart. Sorry to rub your rhubarb. Calm down.

Vince Carter may indeed be the biggest what could have been (not injury related) if his heart was in it. Sad, because he was must see TV.

Perfect example of red herring. Nice job aqua.
