Cavemen -- Extinction Can't Come Fast Enough

Just watched 15 minutes of this ABC show Cavemen... it may be the LEAST funny sitcom I've ever tried to endure.

It's literally painful to me.


My question: Is this one of those things that's actually HILLARIOUS, but I'm somehow missing it....? Like, I watched Napoleon Dynamite and hated it the first time... but I was convinced by a friend to watch it again, and I really liked it.

I somehow think that is not the case with Cavemen... but whatever.

I'm TiVoing it tonight because I watch something else at 8. I'm not expecting much though, as you're not the first person I've heard say it was bad.

Last Tuesday, I had ABC as background noise while I was working on something. Only saw Cavemen in glimpses, but it didn't surprise me to know that it was dreadful. I mean, the Geico Gecko, now that's worth building a program around.

I had paid a little more attention to the show right after it, Carpoolers. Promising idea, but it left me confused in the 2nd and last acts.

I agree, it's terrible. I watched most of it last week and it wasn't funny at all.

How is that Carpoolers show? Like AD said earlier, it seems like a promising idea for a show.

I just watched Carpoolers on DVR and thought it was pretty funny. The one guy's semi-retarded son was funny. I'll record it again.

I watched Cavemen the other night and didn't laugh once. It was mildly entertaining, but not funny. Not sure if I'll watch it again.

I enjoyed the first episode, but only laughed a few times tonight. I figured it was all downhill from the first episode.

Carpoolers has potential. It's hit and miss at times, but if it can make it past it's initial episode order, I think it will find it's stride.

Sorry to hijack, but was Carpoolers any good yesterday? Didn't see it, but am willing to check it out again.
