Field's got a point. You can manage a platoon in one or two positions, but you need to be starting your studs day-in, day-out.

One of the guys in my regular league routinely turns over about 2/3 of his roster about 5 or 6 times a season. It never goes well. I like to stay with the studs and mix in a guy on a streak every once in awhile.
