Horrible Minors Squad

I just took over a dynasty team in a 20 team league. The phillies were the base team and minor leaguers from that team are able to be picked up without the use of a signing bonus. So the previous owner I guess was a die-hard Philly fan as almost all my minor league guys are from the phillies. The team i took over has a horrid minor league system imo. Here it is

We are in a grace period where we can drop minor leaguers without any penalty. I have started doing research and as of right now have a dozen prospects I would like to add using a bidding process. I need to cut some of my players in order to make room, who out of that list, has the smallest chance of making a major contribution in the major leagues.
