20% payroll increase

Well Kaz has said he is not signing a new long contract until they go out and get vetran help, so i would imagine he will get his 3 mill in arbitration and thats it. Pena will most likely get arbitration as well.

With the Tigers looking to let Pudge go, I think he should be a big target for us this year. He turned the Marlins and Tigers young staff around. I would love to see him here.

One disturbing thing i heard from Sternberg was that he would sign Kaz and Shields to long deals if in his words, "the price is right". Not sure what that means b/c Kaz needs to be here long term and u will need to pay for him.

Considering 20% is only 6 million dollars or so, Kazmir and Pena going to arbitration takes care of the 20% by themselves.
