Tulo. No doubt in my mind. It can't just be about offensive numbers. Tulo brings everything else.

Tulo can hit, defend, and is a leader on the field. He gets my vote. ;-D

I know about the humidor and it may just be a coincidence he hit better at home, but Tulowitzki's .256/.327/.393 line away from Coors bugs me enough to give my vote Braun.

When you expand Braun's numbers to a full season they are staggering. Tough vote but I went with Ryan!

No need to expand them. Braun put up better numbers than supposedly the 2nd best hitter in the game, Miggy, in 140 less ABs.

Tulo and Pence both have bright futures and did great this year, but Braun was just unholy with the stick and wins this hands down.

Braun put up some amazing offensive numbers, but his defense was abysmal.

Tulowitzki's offense was above average, and his defense was amazing.

The way I look at it is which player would I rather have on the baseball team (not fantasy) that gives the team the best overall player to help them win games. For me it is a close call, but I think the ROY should definitely be Tulowitzki! He is one of the best SS in the game period and his offensive numbers continued to get better throughout the year AND more importantly, even as a rookie, he is already a team leader. The effort he puts forth every game and his overall attitude towards the game I think trumps Braun. Don't get me wrong, both players will have amazing careers, but Tulo is the choice!
