MVP: Matt Holliday
Without a doubt he gets the award. He carried my team the past few weeks in the playoffs. I got him in the late third round and I have never had bigger man crush on any other player.
Biggest Bust: Ben Sheets
I traded Zambrano for Sheets straight up and I thought I got a steal. Then Zambrano decides to own faces and Sheets hurts his finger, then cries like a baby and pulls a hammy and doesn't pitch when the brew crew needed him the most. I absolutely hate this guy and I am avoiding him in the future.
Honorable mention Bust: Ok, you guys are gonna think i'm nuts but I was actually disappointed with Vlad this year. I traded Johan in the beginning of the season for Vlad and Zambrano which is an absolute steal. But I was expecting better numbers from Vlad. I'm definitely not complaining about the RBIs and Average...but everything else is down. His HR total is way down, his Runs are way down, and he doesn't steal bases anymore...I think hes fallen to mid-late 2nd round productivity.

MVP: Split between Matt Holliday and Brandon Phillips. Based on draft position at a supposedly thin position Phillips deserves to be mentioned, though Holliday led my team in most offensive categories.
Biggest Bust: Bill Hall...thankfully he didn't last long on my team. Joe Mauer was pretty disappointing also

thats awesome--some dude drafted phillips like 15th round or something in our draft....unbelievable steal. I'm assuming you drafted him relatively late too.

MVP: Unequivocally, without question, my new favorite player in the league, Ryan Braun.
Biggest bust: Two words: Jason Bay.
