Will stats from the Rockies Padres count for reg season?

I run a league through TQ Stats. Will the play-in stats Monday count for the regular season?

Yes, they count as regular season stats, but I know a lot of fantasy leagues don't count it.

This is a huge fiasco in our league. Our web service -- ESPN -- is counting Monday's games in some leagues, but not in others. Ours is a league where tonight's game does NOT count.

Our commissioner ruled that the league will default to what ESPN hands us. Case closed? Not exactly. If tonight's stats count, we have a different champion for the year, so that guy is appealing the commissioner's decision. In our league, we have a panel decide appeals cases when someone questions the commish, so our championship is coming down to a panel hearing.
