Clinton: $5,000 "Baby Bond" For Each Child Born

This is an exceedingly easy campaign promise to make, and extremely easy not to have to face the consequences of such a promise when "those bad guys in Washington" vote down her proposal. She knows it will never, ever, ever make it through Congress, so she can promise it with impunity, allege she intends to see it through, all the while knowing it doesn't have a snowball's chance to see the law books.

It's called Election Cycle politics, and it's as old as elections in these United States.

Its my understanding that feminists hate Hillary for how she let Bill walk all over her during the Monica scandal and never left him.
