Will Peavy be a 2 start pitcher this week?

With him starting today, he wouldn't be any other week, but this is crunch time. With the Pads down 2 in the west and up 1 in the wildcard with a few teams on their tails, do you think they bring him back on 3 days to pitch Sunday.

I ask because after my starters are done for the season, I drop them for middle relief help. Unfortunately, a rule was put in place 2 years ago after a manager picked up 2 pitchers everyday for 2 weeks so we are now only allowed 2 starters per the finals, and I am done with SP pickups. If I drop Peavy, he is not gonna be allowed back on my team. So, should I hold him thinking he may come back on short rest or will today be his last start?
