Off-Seasons

Postby nomar88423 » Mon Sep 10, 2007 10:58 am

Hey guys I am the commissioner of a 2nd year keeper league and I was looking for some feedback from fellows commissioners. In the off-season we have conducted our league business through a Yahoo! groups site. I was wondering if you guys used other sites and if so what those sites were. Any feedback is appreciated.

I always use a Yahoo Group and have never had issues. ;-D

I use Boardnation. No problems with them, either.

Related question ...

We are moving to year 2 in our keeper ... we use Fantasy Auctioneer (generally happy with it) and Yahoo! for managing the league.

Are there any sites out there that handle rosters for trade proposals and such for the off-season?

We don't need stats as we will return to Yahoo in late March of '08, but we are looking for a solution to automate roster manipulations until our offline auction is punched in to Yahoo in 6 months.

Thanks,
w

I find that e-mail and Excel work just fine for any needed off-season moves. Although, we do freeze rosters at year-end, so the only activity allowed would be trading (no free agent/waiver acquisitions).
