Beer recommendation thread

I remember as a kid growing up in the country without drinking age known as the PRC, I was able to get my hands on a variety of macrobrewery beers. My favorite was Beck's or Carlsberg growing up. With Tsingdao, Yanjing and Heineken shortly afterwards. But ever since I moved to north america, with liquor store not readily accessible to me. I am mostly settling with Molson Export/Labatt Blue/Budweiser/Milwaukee's best and worse, Natural of the world. Now that I've got a little pocket change, I think I'm willing to experiment a little bit. I just tried this German Pilsner called Warsteiner Premium Vernum a while ago, comparing to American macros, it was amazing. I'm just wondering what are some other good(again, compare to macro, I probably can't afford the top of the line stuff. Just European macros or WIDELY AVAILABLE American micros) beers that you guys would recommend, I know we have a lot of experienced drinker here.

edit: prefer cleaner, pilsner style. But would be open to experimenting anything.

Corona with lime is a yuppie beer.

The best beers by far are the European ones. Heineken (Dutch), Orangeboom (Dutch), Carlsberg (Danish), Becks (German) and Kronenbourg (German) are my favorites. The best beer outside of Europe in my opinion is Kingfisher which is brewed in India.

Boy, if I can find some Carlsberg here, that was my favorite growing up.
