He's leading off??? Do you really want your 3b to be a leadoff hitter? He's still going to be a good value wherever he hits. I just wish they'd hit him maybe2 or 6 sixth because I think he would have became a base threat regardless.

With 3rd being so deep do any of you think he is even a decent backup at 3rd. His numbers have been none to impressive imo.

I agree. In my NL only league I don't even really see him as an option, unless I'm scraping the bottom of the barrel. Good average, but sub-par power numbers. IF he runs it may increase his value, but he needs to prove the speed before I take him.

Not that I'm a believer in Burroughs but 15 Stolen bases is pretty good from your 3B if you can't get them somewhere else.

Didn't I say I wasn't a believer in Burroughs?

I was just saying 15 SB from your 3B in a deep league can't be ignored. And if he bats leadoff that 62 runs turns into 100 runs so that isn't bad either.
