Has anyone read any books by Tom Stanton? He is one of my favorite baseball authors. He wrote "The Final Season" a book about the closing of Tiger stadium. I really enjoyed this book it give you some history about the tigers but also go into why fans are connected to there team. I remember when my wife and I were going to the games that season and thinking someone should write a book about this. I really enjoyed that book. I like books about baseball nostalaga.
He also wrote the book "Road to Cooperston" this was also a very good book about a trip he and his brother took with their dad to cooperrstown. I really enjoyed this book also.
If anyone has read any of these books I would like to your thoughts on them. I know he has a few other books I have not read.
