You can only project who will be entering the majors next season and Project Prospect's most recent list I believe is a good gauge of how they'll fall. Pay attention to where they're playing right now (A,AA,AAA,MLB) and you should be able to determine if they'll get the call at some point next season.

1 Phil Hughes RHP 21 NYY MLB
2 Joba Chamberlain RHP 21 NYY MLB
3 Justin Upton CF 20 ARI MLB
4 Jay Bruce CF 20 CIN AAA
5 Clay Buchholz RHP 23 BOS MLB
6 David Price LHP 22 TB NCAA
7 Colby Rasmus CF 21 STL AA
8 Evan Longoria 3B 21 TB AAA
9 Cameron Maybin CF 20 DET MLB
10 Adam Jones CF 22 SEA MLB
11 Brandon Wood 3B 22 LAA MLB
12 Clayton Kershaw LHP 19 LAD AA
13 Andy LaRoche 3B 23 LAD MLB
14 Jacob McGee LHP 21 TB AA
15 Reid Brignac SS 21 TB AA
16 Homer Bailey RHP 21 CIN MLB
17 Andrew McCutchen CF 20 PIT AAA
18 Johnny Cueto RHP 21 CIN AAA
19 Jeff Clement C 24 SEA AAA
20 Rick Porcello RHP 18 DET HS
21 Travis Snider RF 19 TOR A
22 Matt Wieters C 21 BAL NCAA
23 Asbrubal Cabrera SS 21 CLE MLB
24 Carlos Gonzalez RF 21 ARI AAA
25 Fernando Martinez CF 18 NYM AA

It's the year that comes after 2007.
Just look for Dick Clark in Times Square in about 2 1/2 months and he should be able to explain it better! :-D ;-D

I generally stick with the big sites, and it's a little early for them. However, here is a list of the prospect sites I have used in the past (the order and breaks are intentional):

Baseball Prospectus
Baseball America
John Sickels

MiLB
Bryan Smith (I think he writes for BP/SI now, but that's a good site. Just google his name.)
Koby Schellenger (a regular in this forum)
David Luciani
Project Prospet

First Inning
Baseball Digest (I think this one is a little suspect)
In my fridge: Founders Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS), Central Waters Peruvian Morning, Bell's Batch 10,000, Dale's Pale Ale, Capital Brewery Amber, New Glarus Moon Man, and Guinness.

The folks over at Sickle's blog are doing a community prospect rankings. Not a bad list, IMO.

So far they have done up through 23.
