He dominated the Rookie league as a 22 year old....he'll have to show this kind of promise in at least A+ and probably AA before you can really tell, IMO. Hopefully they move him through the system and get him with the correct competition for his age and skill level.

Someone to keep an eye on for sure but its hard saying how he'll turn out until he gets out of Rookie Ball, IMO.

Still the same comments as before.....23 years old and in A ball....he needs to be pitching higher up. With that said, he is doing pretty much exactly what he should be doing in the lower levels.

Yeah I agree with this. Let's hope he gets called up to AA or AAA soon. He's got some pretty solid stuff - low 90's fastball and a really good curveball (was ranked as the best secondary pitch in the whole Twins organization last season.) Definitely a guy to keep an eye on considering the Twins are one of the best teams in developing solid arms.

He's in Low-A right now and will probably get called up to High A by the end of the season (if other starters also move up). No chance at getting called up to AA.

He's got nice stats, but he doesn't have a ceiling higher than a middle/back of the rotation starter. He should be good but he won't be great. Not sure what your expectations were.

Kind of surprised that he didn't move up closer to midseason, but at this point he's not moving up unless someone at Ft Myers (twins High-A team) gets injured. There are only about 3 weeks left in the season.

I think he's like this guy (Jeff Manship) in the Twins system. A good, but not great prospect.
