pitching prospects

im in a 20 team dynasty league with a 7 team redraft
theres not a lot of good pitching prospects so im jw if any of these guys are worth grabbing and if so can u explain why

1. sean west (marlins)
2. henry sosa (giants)
3. patrick mitsch (giants)
4. clayton tanner (giants)
5. brad knox (athletics)
6. oswaldo sosa (twins)
7. colton willems (nationals)
8. josh sullivan (rockies)
9. gabriel hernandez (marlins)
10. joshua outman (phillies)
11. vladimir veras (angels)

No, none of those guys look to be fantasy worthy any time soon, if ever.

I like (Oswaldo) Sosa pretty good. He induces alot of groundballs. Yohan Pino is another Twin to watch.

James McDonald, LA Dodgers
He's a converted outfielder who has put up some good numbers in AA this season. He's 24 and this is just his second year pitching in the minors, so he's under the radar. But he could be the first Dodger pitcher in line to be called up in 2008. I think Baseball America will have as the team's number two starting pitching prospect behind Kershaw next year.

He is actually only 22, will be 23 next season. And he is a pitcher converted to outfielder converted back to pitcher. I agree with everything else, he looks like a nice sleeper heading into next year.
