Agree with mktgteach - if both sides are filling needs, both could profit.
The kicker here is Schmidt, whose value could be anywhere from elite starter (doubtful, but see last year's stats with SF) to zilch (if he fails to make a full recovery). How he performs will determine which side profits more.
Also, I think Estes is just a tad weak as the third player team A gets. Certainly not enough to make this deal one-sided, but he looks like the odd man out in this trade.
