Carpenter?

Has there been any news on Chris Carpenter and if he's coming back at all this season? I have an extra DL spot now that Pence has come back and would like to add someone who might help me if they come back from injury before the season ends.

Last I saw he pitched 3 innings on July 8th for single A. Were there problems that day?

ummm, Carpenter had Tommy John surgery. That means he won't be anywhere near coming back until the end of next year.
