So I pick up Wandy for a spot 2-start week and he get shelled at home for the first time this year. 7 ER in 5.1 IP. Nice freaking timing. It was the first time since May 30 he let up more than 1 ER at home. And the first time all year giving up more than 3 ER at home.
So was his hot streak at home just a fluke? And he just picked a bad time to end the hot streak (for me anyway)? Or will he prove to be a guy still worth starting at home?

I don't know, but I would just like to apologize to all those Wandy home starters. I just grabbed him to start at home for the rest of the season, which would explain why he chose this game to crap the bed.
Not to worry though, I'm dropping him, so he should go right back to his home dominance...

It's too bad, he was actually cruising along for a little while until (I think) the 5th inning.
I'm still hangin' onto him for the start against Pittsburgh. He got a lot of K's, so not too worried.
Surprisingly, the Nats have been a bit more formidable offensively in recent days.

Add me to the list of first-time Wandy home spot starters who screwed everyone else!
