which Minor leaguer would you rather have?

ok, i am in a bit of a dilemma... i am in a dynasty league, and i was offered pretty much the same trade by 2 different owners... my question is which minor leaguer would you rather have

RHP Mitch Atkins (ChC) Class A (just promoted to AA) 21 yr old (will be 22 in 2 months)
115 IP, 99 HA, 31BB, 88K 3.13ERA

LHP Matt Harrison (Tex) Class AA (was in Atl before Teixeira deal) 22 (just turned a few days ago)
116 2/3IP, 118HA, 34BB, 78K, 3.39ERA


i have heard that Harrison might be having shoulder troubles, which makes me want Atkins a little bit, but i would like to know what you think

i have heard good things about Matt, but am not familiar really with Atkins. However i would hate having any pitcher for the Rangers, that ballpark is evil for SP. Millwood had a sub 3 ERA two years back (not that i think he could repeat that but should be a 3.8 guy) and he has been rocked in Texas.i'd rather have Atkins

Yeah, Harrisons stock fell when he went to Texas....he wasn't anything top shelf to start with though just a solid prospect. I'd lean towards Atkins right now.

thank you both for your help, i decided to go with Atkins as both of you suggested... my reasoning was i would rather have a healthy pitcher, than a guy with a bad shoulder... with the stats so similar i just couldn't choose... i think eventually they could both be average #4-5 starters...but i always project non-strikeout guys lower lol... thanks again

Are you comparing +A stats to AA stats? Thats not a very telling comparison.
Harrison's shoulder is fine. He had turf toe from what I've heard or at least some foot injury. The foot injury caused him to not be able to push off the rubber as much as he usually did, so the altered mechanics made his shoulder sore.
