I just picked up Jose Guillen (12 team, roto) with the intention of starting him against lefties only. Here are his lefty splits;
G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI B SB AVG OBP SLG OPS
49 107 24 40 10 1 6 18 12 2 .374 . 451 .654 1.105
I plan on putting him in my Util. spot and benching Delgado when Guillen faces lefties.

Not a bad idea. However, Guillen has recently been hitting righties quite well. I think post-ASB he's something like .290 against righties w/ an OPS over .800. So unless he's facing Verlander, Lackey, Escobar, Haren, etc.--the really strong righties--you might want to keep him in that UTIL spot most of the time.
